GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's 7-Eleven customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Koatz: It's not often that I take time to review a company, but the service was so bad that I was compelled to write one.*Where do I start? Well, I was trying to get the telephone number of the local corporate office. But, to my amazement, several stores could not or would not tell me. Without exception, there was a fear that I was going to file a complaint against them, but that was not my intention. However, it is very much my intention now that they have treated me so shabbily. I will never understand how a business expects to keep customers if it alienates complete strangers. From Shereen refusing to tell me her name - but insisting that I give her my name and number - to Tangs Bui who could hardly speak or understand English, I am disgusted with their service. It was especially odd that every employee without exception, thought it was perfectly normal to not know how to contact the owners of their stores. Besides the abysmal customer service, the stores weren't particular clean,

~Koatz: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Koatz: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about 7-Eleven's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Koatz: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other 7-Eleven customers?
~Koatz: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for 7-Eleven to know who you are.
