~Tammy: I went to the store at Pape and Danforth in Toronto its a new location so you would think the customer service would be a little better but NOT. I ordered a burger with only cheese for my aunt's granddaughter he was putting everything on the burger I nicely told him that I didn't want all that on the burger and only wanted cheese. He continued while I waited for my burger to make rude comments to me like I was wasting him time because he had to change my order he started telling off the young man who took the order and while I was waiting he keep yelling over to me WHAT did you say when I was saying nothing I just tried to not pay any attention to him but he starting to bug me so I called him a A$$hole on the way out and made sure he heard me to I repeated it and looked right at him. Not happy I reported it to the A&W complaints.Very unprofessional and very nasty.
