GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's ABCMouse customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~LifeDontWasteIt: DISLIKE. I am positive* I signed up for a special price (six months or year I'm not sure) and come to find out I had been paying the monthly price since April at least. Not happy and not happy with the response, so cancellation is in order.**I positive because I was cancelling everything we 'subscribed to' that was not really necessary due to financial set backs BUT the special offer 'kept' me in. I saw another special on the site and thought I should see if I need to 'redo' the one I had or if it was better or ? only to find out I had NONE but the regular monthly subscription.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting ABCMouse. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a ABCMouse problem?
~LifeDontWasteIt: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LifeDontWasteIt: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about ABCMouse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LifeDontWasteIt: For that I would say five out of five.
