~Momaw1946: My bill tripled in * month and I was gone all day not using any extra. I called in and was told it was because they didn't charge me enough the previous month as it was misread. They have me charged with more in my tiny apt. then I was using in my **** sq.ft. * story home with * people living there and lots of appliances running. They refuse to reread saying I have to pay. AEP is dishonest and won't admit to a mistake in billing. I checked with all my APT neighbors and none of theirs were even *** of what mine is. It's sad when a company like this can cheat people and get by with it because you need their service to live. I always used TXU never had a problem, then I moved here...AEP are thieves.
