GetHuman-73133: You whole company disgusts me! No one has been of any help whatsoever. According to "AEP" records they tried calling me as well as my electrician to confirm. THAT IS A COMPLETE LIE!! Now a rep has told me I should have scheduled my temporary disconnect thur AEP. You are THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY THAT ENJOYS HAVING A MONOPOLY. I am suppose to get a call back from a "field rep". But have been informed it*Won't be until late this evening. That is WRONG I know your field*Reps have cell phones because I have been called in the past from a rep going to my previous residence*At Chapman Ranch Texas! I expect something to be done but am sure that will not be the case! I will be sure to make sure AEP NEVER GETS A REFERRAL OR ANYTHING FROM ME ORU COMPANY EVER!!!
