~Sevina: I wrote to Aldo twice but got zero response.I purchased a fabric backpack for my daughter on ******* at an Aldo store in Austin for $**.**. When I was making the purchase, I enquired about the durability of the backpack and was assured by the salesperson that it was sturdy and lasting. I was told that Aldo products were known for their quality and to bring it back any time I had a problem. Within * months of use, the bag ripped and the the fabric is tearing at the seams on the flap. I took it back to the store yesterday and the sales person refused to do anything about it . I asked to speak to the manager and he also said that the bag was not supposed to last this long.The sales woman said that that the bag was not meant for every day use & Aldo does not guarantee any quality. She said that they would not offer me an refund or an exchange .I am very disappointed with both the quality of the Aldo product as well as the service at the store. I am surprised that Aldo does not value their

~Sevina: For that I would say two out of five.
