GetHuman-18043: It is stupid that I have to call customer service to pay a **** gophone bill. I am not talking to some **** foreigner. You screwed up a very simple procedure that had been working for years by now requiring that I set up an account with a password. It ain't gonna happen. I used to get online* type the number in* and pay ** like I would do at any of your outlets. Very simple. Now you want make me set up an account and charge me more money and send me garbage emails.
