I have called multiple times to get my service restored to *** *** **** and have been put on hold between ** - ** minutes and was finally told they would call me back on my cell ***-***-**** but never got ta call back. I've also given my son's cell phone * in case mine is not working properly. needlesstosay I am very disappointed and upset over the poor service I am getting.
