GetHuman-131378: I am writing in reference to my experience with AT&T Phone Company and the problems in my billing that have kept me on the phone for three days and had me speak to numerous customer service representatives, supervisors and account receivable department representatives.**I changed my phone number on August *, ****. On September *, **** my internet went down. I was not able to connect and called AT&T Technical Support and after * hours, at *:**am they came to the conclusion that in the last month the paperwork for my new phone number was not completed and therefore a new service order had to be processed to change my phone number and to connect me to the internet.**Once I was able to go back onto the internet I went to the AT&T site and my bill of $**.** was due to be paid. I then contacted AT&T to advise them that they had not credited me the three (*) days I did not have service with AT&T, I was then credited and my bill was then a total of $**.** which I paid immediately on *********

GetHuman-131378: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-131378: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-131378: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
GetHuman-131378: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T to know who you are.
