~Notsohappy: I felt their customer service was terrible but not only that...I can't find a quick email support box? The online chat couldn't help and the office, which was supposed to be open for some reason said it was closed but didn't match the hours. I'm thinking of changing service because they can't seem to get anything right.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T problem?
~Notsohappy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Notsohappy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Notsohappy: For that I would say three out of five.
