~fritzie: after spending ** minutes on the phone with att and being shuffled around to * different people and then disconnected i placed another call and spoke with ANGELO BURTON ID * AB***Q. he tried very hard to get my problem solved and assured me that someone will call me within ** hours. e also told me that he would follow up with me to insure that i received a call. i want to comment him for making at least an effort to help me instead of sending me off to la-la-land again.

~fritzie: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~fritzie: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fritzie: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T customers?
