~ladder 32: I have tried since ********* to get help with a problem on my water heater. I got one answer to five e-mails that someone would help me. Still waiting! I have been a customer for ** years. This is unbelievable. I quit paying my bill so now AWHR has turned it over to a collection agency. I spent $***.** of my own money to fix my problem.
