~J Swag: Took Active Forever one whole week to get back to me. I ordered a weight vest for Training that's suppose to fluctuate between ** and ** lbs. I bought it through the skymall website. It took * weeks just to get it. They sent me the correct vest but it only came with **lbs and not the full ** like you would think. naturally they have some really small print at the end of the article about the vest that it only comes with ** lbs and anything over is extra. Here's the problem...they DON'T give you the option on the site when you buy the vest to buy ** lbs.!!! You select the size of the vest you want and the capacity but it doesn't ask you how much weight you want to purchase. So you wait for a week just to hear back why they didn't send you all ** lbs. Yet...there is no way you could've ordered it on the sky mall site to begin with!! Even after getting my question or message, I received no phone call or apology for the wait or all the confusion. I had to track them down and fi
