~Leigh: Looking for a rock to kill myself with. The call back option worked but the help was nonexistent. I did a wood floor for an Adobe employee here in Salt Lake and I usually just call her with any questions I have. In fact, that's my next call! Listed support is outsourced and, as far as this type of service goes..the two cultures are on different planets. Why don't companies figure that out? I just want to talk to Joe in Atlanta who shares the same thought processes I do!
