~maryjane: I am the plan admisistrator for a small business that spends over $***K per year for Aetna insurance for a fairly young group at that. I called to make a simple change on a SS* and I was redirected from ***.***.**** to ***.***.**** to ***.***.**** to ***.***.**** to ***.***.**** to ***.***.**** and then left on hold for another ** minutes listening to some annoying recording. The first * contacts were of no help and rather short and rude! I do not have * *** hours to take care of something that should take * minutes. No wonder medical insurance is so expensive if you are paying your employees hourly to do nothing but redirect your paying customers. Your service is horrible and I will be looking into another carrier!!
