~kim: I called this number several times only to be greeted by an answering system alerting me to the fact that i needed to hang up and call again due to high volume. Why dont you have a system that acknowledges customers on first come first service basis.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Air Miles. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Air Miles problem?
~kim: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kim: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~kim: For that I would say one out of five.
