~chacha: hello i ve been trying real hard since yesterday to reach you, no body pick up the phone, i m calling from overseas, it cost me an arm and a leg, i have each time to put on more credit, this is very frustrating ,i asked quintin to call me yesterday but never did he said you are receiving too many calls, i even sent a message to customer service i asked quintin to make clear something form me but never heard from him. too bad this is my very first time with airbnb, i still need more reservations

~chacha: For that I would say four out of five.
