~ltrawny: I only put ** minutes, because I don't have a "number of months" option. Quality of service is a *, only because I can't go any lower. Communication is a *, also since I don't have a lower number to choose from. **This company is THE WORST in its line of business. I work in the film industry and I've yet to meet any film accountant that has even the most remotely kind thing to say about Airgas. Airgas must have a terrible internal communication system. We've turned in our rental cylinders over a month ago. Still getting invoiced for it. I've called ** different numbers, to this point (seriously). Normally, I have to leave a message. No one calls back. I've sent numerous e-mails. No response. IF someone answers the phone, they keep punting me to some other extention, until I get to an extension that no one picks up. I leave a message, but no one calls back. I was transferred four times, on one call, and had to leave a message. No call back. Go figure. On the current film we tried to
