~mike: They promised immediate shipping of an item, but a week later when it didn't arrive, I had to contact them to find out that "in stock" actually means back ordered with uncertain arrival time. The suggestion was just to wait for "probably a while" with excuses and rationalizations. Item still showing "in stock"!
