GetHuman-127426: After trying other numbers and never being helped, this one got me a person in only about * minutes. She was courteous, but kept trying to explain away why they couldn't offer me the service (free priority boarding) their website promised if I checked a carry-on, online. "must be a mistake" "well I see it, but an upgrade doesn't mean free." Prior to the call, their online live chat person did the same before just "hanging up on me" when she couldnt justify why it said one thing, but they couldn't deliver. Never again!
