GetHuman-73066: DON'T FLY! I spent serval hours in the Bluegrass Airport in Lexington Kentucky! I arrived at *:** PM. Waited for an hour and a half to get my bags checked. Then waited for the plane. Which was delayed. It was supposed to take off at *:** PM it didn't leave the Tarmac until *:** PM. Arrived at Orlando Sanford Airport (which is ** mins from Orlando In't) at **:** PM. I payed for a window seat and didn't even get to use it because it was dark out when we left! I contacted Allegiant to get a refund for my USELESS window seat they said sorry and told me to mail them a letter. I leave on a flight tomorrow and wanted a widow seat free dice it was delayed for * hours and they said to send a letter which will not get to Las Vegas until after I complete my flight tomorrow.

GetHuman-73066: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-73066: For that I would say five out of five.
