~DSJK: I am currently waiting to speak w* and agent. I have been trying to book a flight for * family members since Sunday. My first call to Allegiant was Monday. I was told they were having technical problems and the agent could not book me a flight (quite indifferent and not the least considerate). The agent told to try again on-line (not by phone) in a few hours. So! I tried again to book on-line and still was unable (I have booked on-line many times without any issues). I waited another day and tried again (numerous times). As I was still unable to book a flight, I am trying to book over the phone again. Wait time so far is ** minutes. The recorded message has been friendlier than my last (real person) contact. Still waiting ** minutes, and holding......far from impressed. I hope Allegiant reads these comments.

~DSJK: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DSJK: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DSJK: For that I would say four out of five.

~DSJK: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Allegiant to know who you are.
