~sjo: I have called numerous times. One of two things happened. A computer voice told me they could not take my call. OR I was put on hold for * - ** minutes before they disconnected. I tried their online chat system and waited ** minutes to be told I had to call and speak to someone. I was trying to cancel a reservation, which the recording says you can do online, but that didn't work. And the online chat rep says you have to speak to someone. After calling for hours, that is pretty ridiculous. I have yet to get through to cancel.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Allegiant. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Allegiant problem?
~sjo: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sjo: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sjo: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Allegiant customers?
~sjo: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Allegiant to know who you are.
