~somewheresue: I need to cancel this itinerary for which I purchased Trip-Flex. After spending approximately * hour on your website and reading all the FAQs, I cannot figure out how to accomplish this. **I have also tried to set up a live-chat and was advised that it was available only between *a.m. and whatever time p.m. Pacific Time - it is now **:** a.m. Eastern Time which quite obviously is within those time frames. What is up with that ????**I am currently on what appears to be PERMANENT HOLD when calling your ***-***-*** number!!!!!* *I NEED HELP NOW !!! And, just in case you are wondering, I AM FRUSTRATED !!!!**Thank you.**Ethel Clark
