~mljump: I posted several days ago about the poor service and impossibility of reaching someone by phone, chat, or email. I was later able to reach someone by calling their reservations line and walk through the steps as though I was buying a new reservation. The lady was very helpful and gave me exactly what I needed and understood the frustrations with their unmanned help line and live chat mess. Today (******) I was able to try the live chat and had someone within * minutes who again was able to do exactly what I needed (add a wheelchair to the reservation). The help line still did not work but the live chat is slick when it's working. I imagine a large number of users shuts that down as I experienced a few days ago. Hope this helps!

~mljump: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mljump: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mljump: For that I would say three out of five.
