~Bolk1: My uncle died and I needed to change my flight to an already made reservation to an earlier flight day in order to make his funeral. Since I hadn't bought their "trip-flex" I was denied the possibility of changing my flight. I didn't even have the option to pay for the change, I was only left the option to pay for a new flight as well as my old one. When I tried to apply a credit for my wife's flight, I was informed I could not do that either since I had already paid for the tickets. Not helpful, just highway robbery.
