~mfawley: They are trying to keep me from getting a full refund on a flight I reserved because I couldn't get through to them until a week later and that's WITH trip-flex. I even emailed them three times and they would just refer me to their number to call.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Allegiant. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Allegiant problem?
~mfawley: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mfawley: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Allegiant's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mfawley: For that I would say one out of five.
