~Happy: ''Ecellent'' the representatives that I spoke to were very courteous, understanding. And the wait was almost nothing. For a company as big as Amazon, I thought I was going to be on the phone for at least an hour or more. but the whole thing was about * min, and that is being transferred twice. Amazon know's their business, and value's their customer's. GO AMAZON!!!!

~Happy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
