GetHuman-16298's review of Amazon customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Amazon customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-16298: Called in the evening, got *rd or *th (maybe *th)string agent. Item ordered on the **th with * day prime delivery - showed up as **th for delivery (weekend?). Item did not arrive, their solution: wait two more days and call back if no item - NO HELP. After observing that I could have waited without customer support help, they cancelled the order with a caution that if the item was delivered (at some future date) I be charged the full amount - NO HELP! After observing I was getting no assistance with my problem or any consideration, they placed an expedited order for the same item at no charge. The net effect is the item will show up in a couple days (their original "wait" suggestion), and perhaps TWO OF THEM! Then, I'll be stuck sending one of them back - NO HELP, additional work for me. This whole frustrating process took about ** minutes and included at least four consultations between the agent and her "lead." The agent was polite and was trying very hard but had no idea how to

GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
