~bigbrob: Customer Service Rep. was not sure of what I meant when asking " does your Patterson, Calif. location have a Will- Call Dept ? I live less than a few miles from the Patterson location. I am like most other men in this world,just trying to make ends meet in a tough economy. I also understand that Amazon.com is in the Online Shipping Industry to gain profit also. I have been in the Customer service Industry for over Thirty years now and believe very srongly that I did anything and everything that I possibly could to let my customers know that its about"going the distance for everyone, not just any one." If its about the money only, than it doesn't take a genious to realize, that by simply offering the customer away to fulfill those sudden needs You will find that by offering a Will-Call*Customer Pick-Up Dept, at a lesser charge than shipping, your company will gain even more in revenue and offer customer satisfaction and someone to turn to in time of need !!!!!! I am hoping that A Cust.

~bigbrob: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~bigbrob: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~bigbrob: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
~bigbrob: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
