~Debra: I had to go through * people. The first * I couldn't understand. The *rd couldn't find my account and called me a liar ,then the supervisor argued with me saying I used my gift card from when I opened up my credit card ( $ **.** ) when it shows and I know I used a debit card that was going to expire and I wanted to use it up. He argued with me basicly calling me a liar also. I have just spent over ***.** on this card so now I am going to cancel it and shop ebay or overstock

~Debra: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Debra: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Debra: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
~Debra: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
