~Anonymous: If a company is going to take US jobs to overseas call centers at least the customer service rep should speak English without their native accent mixed in which makes understanding almost impossible! Give US workers their jobs back and stop supporting another country's economy when our own economy is struggling because of companies moving US jobs overseas. I personally will be boycotting Amazon from here on and will try my best to get others to join me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Amazon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Amazon problem?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Anonymous: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Amazon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Anonymous: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Amazon customers?
~Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Amazon to know who you are.
