~clare71275: Problem with first order, expired card. New card number was not recognized. Wanted add-on item added to first order. Called Amazon. Agent suggested cancel order, then re-order. Stayed on phone while I placed new order. Very nice and professional agent, apologized if he had to make me wait. Definitely, use this number, it got the job done!!
