GetHuman-428585: This was my first and last experience with Amazons customer service by phone. **I waited nearly ** minutes to a call before I could be transferred over to one of their verification call workers.. Well, mine happened to be an Asian lady that could barely speak a word of English. It took us nearly * WHOLE minutes to verify my email address. It didn't help she could barely understand the letters I was saying and misunderstood "B" for "V", nearly every single time. We were finally done and said she needed to transfer over me to another call worker. I wait * minutes just for this lady to send me to Amazon.ca . . . When I told the first lady I was calling from FREAKING CANADA. I get over to this joker. I tell him very clearly that I "mistakenly" changed my shipping speed and didn't know it would cancel my special discount (**pc off a $*** order). I tell it was clearly a mistake on my part and the system didn't even warn me it would cancel my discount. He wasn't having any of it. He said I al
