GetHuman-7753: Callback option is not available for Aadvantage customer service. I called in and requested a callback but the person who called me back could not help, I was then transferred to Aadvantage. After ** minutes waiting, an agent answered (confirmed my phone number, address and email) and told me he had a solution to a problem but had to check something. He put me on hold at which point the call dropped. I hoped desperately that he would call me back since he had my info, but he never did. I called back and waited another ** minutes before giving up.

GetHuman-7753: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about American Airlines's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-7753: For that I would say two out of five.
