~attackedataerie: My daughter and I were long time customers of Aerie in Fairview Heights, Illinois. We were falsely accused of stealing "panties." The store manager brought my daughter to tears and I'd never seen anything like it. I called AE customer service who tried to blow it off. I asked for a director or someone to call me. They didn't. I called Cust Service back and they assured me the mgr had been spoken to. I was dissatified with that response. My daughter and her sister visited the store again and this time the store mgr stalked my daughters saying snide remarks and then a "Gooooood Byeeee!" when they left. My older daugher had never seen anything like it. I called AE cust service asking again for the director to call me. They never did. We stayed away from Aerie for months but went in yesterday to buy a birthday gift. Three of the workers huddled together and would look up at us. Then one came over and said it's been a long time since you've been here. This brought back all the
