~shonye: Minus ** ( -**), if I could I would have given -* to them. They have unprofessional low grade contrators. I had leakage from the ceiling of my unity room ( * story house). Expeted was some plumbing issue in upstair toilet. I called them at * pm on saturday to dispatch emergency service as I had to shut down my entire house. They found contractor plumbing company name Quility heating and plumbing company here in houston Texas. they came at ** pm of sunday afternoon. Plumber Jermy cut of ** by ** hole in my utility room ceiling and diagnosed problem with upstair toilet bowel. he went upstair, pulled the toilet bowel off the floor and torned everything apart and said he didnt have parts and couldnt do anything. I told him I could buy him parts from lowes or home depot, he got mad and said he couldnt do it and slammed door on my fae and left !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can you believe it ???*I called American home shield and CS rep. after keeping me on hold for hour told me they ouldnt do anything to
