~Judy: Our a*c went out in *** degree weather. Technician comes out, stays ** minutes and say he will have to run tests but it will probably be a week before he can get back.*We were dying. Call someone else, they came out that afternoon, found the leak as soon as they walked up and had everything going in * hour. We saved American homes Shield humdreds of dollars by not having all the testing done that was not necessary and we cannot get them to even talk to us. Affordable a*c in Midland, TX didn't care if it was *** degrees, just wanted to run expensive testing that was unncessary!! It costs of $*** but would have been much more than that charged to American Shield if we had waited for them. We are changing companies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

~Judy: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Judy: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.

~Judy: For that I would say one out of five.
