GetHuman-335684: The representative thought he had transfer me to billing but didn't hang up so I was able to heard him ridicule me to his colleges laughing all the while, then returned to the phone thinking I was a new call. Beside this very unprofessional attitude, he was not at all helpful, didn't listen to me and had set answers he was instructed to provide a caller like me. This organization is the worst and their treatment of its clients deplorable.*Find another company.
