~jearl1235: I ordered on *******. Ordering was so easy. Then the nightmare began. They took my money on *******. I expected my new dishwasher within *-** days as stated on my invoice. After * weeks I called. Don't call--it can take hours. Use the ticketing system. No one knew where my dishwasher was. Said there was a shipping problem and it had to be rerouted. Started over again on time. After ** days ( and numerous calls in between) I called the Delivery company. I was told that my dishwasher had been damaged and they wouldn't be delivering it. Now a number of calls and tickets later, I am still trying to get the full refund I was promised on September **, ****. It was supposed to take *-* business days.ADDED LATER: I received my refund finally on October *, ****. Nightmare!
