~KristaB: They use a lot of vague language (at some point, soon, "timely") but never do anything. It has been more than a week since my initial complaint was logged and even though it was "elevated" it had been closed and reopened multiple times. They won't give you to a supervisor when you ask and generally just avoid giving you information. AWFUL.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Arvixe. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Arvixe problem?
~KristaB: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~KristaB: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Arvixe's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~KristaB: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Arvixe customers?
~KristaB: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Arvixe to know who you are.
