Representative Dena was about as I'm concerned and unwilling to help as any one human being can be! a few times I had to question whether she was still on the line and breathing! He also refused to give me a lead person and explain to me that any and all problems cannot be rectified due to the fact that the sales are public domain?!! guess this means to the public that we should not be buying any products from As Seen on TV according to Dena... this representative! Wow!
