GetHuman-145973: Ashley Furniture is simply the "WORST" company that I've personally bought furniture from. The customer service staff at the local stores **** and are absolutely useless, like my appendix. Also, their sales staff and management, are comprised of lobotimized, useless, vagrants, just wandering aimlessly around the store, without any clue on how to treat customer's when there's a problem with their purchase. The staff have absolutely no clue on how to remedy or deal with customer complaints. Compaints that originally exist because the staff is absolutely incompetent. If you want nice furniture, at a good price, with great customer service, and don't want to wait * months to receive your merchandise, than I highly suggest you shop somewhere other than Ashley Furniture. If you don't give a **** about quality, customer service, and delivery times, than Ashley Furniture is just the perfect place for you!!!
