~Mishell: Horrible customer service by Elaine - ******. She couldn't explain anything to me and laughed at me when I started to get upset. As a supervisor or manager she couldn't couldn't explain the reason why there was a security purposes on the insurance claim, so I asked to be transferred to somebody above of her and she transfer me to Jermaine B- *******. Talk about wonderful customer service, Jermaine B-******* was awesome! After having a very bad experiences with the first two customer service rep, he came and save the day! He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure my needs were met. When a customer is upset and you can change their whole experience from bad to good, your a real super hero! Thank you Jermaine B for having excellent customer service and making our day!!!

~Mishell: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Asurion's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mishell: For that I would say two out of five.
