~John C: Very poor service, did not know what the status of the RMA I provided was than pretended to not be able to hear me. **Allowing a customers property to sit in a warehouse without being "keyed in" is a very bad business practice as tracking is always a ** priority for any business that handles a large volume of products. As of ******** my tablet has sat in a warehouse UN-tracked for * days. TERRIBLE ASUS, fix your support*repair practices or contract out to another company that does care.
