AutoDesk does not care about your satisfaction...

A Autodesk customer review by GetHuman user GetHuman-tbryanm from November 28th, 2017

Background on GetHuman-tbryanm's case

GetHuman: GetHuman-tbryanm - can you tell our other Autodesk customers when your case took place?
GetHuman-tbryanm: Yes. It was afternoon, on November 22nd.
GetHuman: Did you reach out to Autodesk, and if so, how?
GetHuman-tbryanm: I used the 800-873-3375 number I found for on the GetHuman Autodesk customer phone number page I was on: Autodesk Customer Service Phone Number
GetHuman: And which of these common Autodesk customer issues best describes the reason you wanted to talk to them?
(Shows GetHuman-tbryanm a list of common Autodesk problems)
GetHuman-tbryanm: "None of those really matches why I wanted to call Autodesk that day." was why I was trying to call.

GetHuman-tbryanm's review of Autodesk customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Autodesk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-tbryanm: AutoDesk does not care about your satisfaction, only your wallet.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-tbryanm: The absolute worst customer*sales service in the history on mankind. The only available sales support is their reseller Digital River, of which I spoke with two of the most incompetent people. None of my questions could be answered and both offered contradicting explanations to claims made on the Autodesk website. This company will expect you to drop $*,*** to $**,*** on software without human support. Monopolies don't need to care.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Autodesk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Autodesk problem?
GetHuman-tbryanm: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-tbryanm: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Autodesk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-tbryanm: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Autodesk customers?
GetHuman-tbryanm: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Autodesk to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from GetHuman-tbryanm taken from his Autodesk customer service problem that occurred on November 22nd, 2017.
