GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Autodesk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~zamardii12: Work for a large company. One of our end-users uses AutoCad and in a effort to get in contact with customer support here is what I have done:***. On hold with account registration over ** minutes and hung up after no answer. ***. Wrote support ticket and got quick response from somebody with a new activation * for our product which did not work. Responded to email but no response. ***. Have been on chat for over * hours with no answer other than that they're busy.**I am about to leave for a * day weekend. I will leave the chat window open over the * days and see if I am still on hold on Monday. Horrible customer UNservice. That whole department must be just one person or something.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Autodesk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Autodesk problem?
~zamardii12: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~zamardii12: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Autodesk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~zamardii12: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Autodesk customers?
~zamardii12: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Autodesk to know who you are.
