~cretiajk: first off I thought I was calling the US, the accent is so heave when I said I was calling about a refund there was no accent when she thought I was actually calling sales to buy something, she immediately gave me the tn of ***-***-**** option * they are cons I brought their product got it home found its not what I need and sent it back because I didn't use a tracking number they are saying they never received the package and the awful software doesn't even work right. Beware they will rip you off.
