GetHuman-415547: The worst company of any I have had to deal with during times of hardship (or any other time for that matter). Power goes out in a nanosecond during storms because they don*€*t keep trees trimmed along power lines. Recently, they refused to extend my payment date by less than * weeks even though I had been trying to deal with a young daughter recently diagnosed with cancer (and it was within a few days of Christmas no less).**On another occasion, they turned off my power and let all the food in my freezer spoil even though I had been hospitalized for a greatly extended time with a serious, catastrophic illness and my doctor*€*s office had called them to explain the situation. They are simply awful. Even such legendary grinches as Verizon phone and Comcast cable are more compassionate to deal with during emergency situations.
