The only endorsement was Mellon's "machine endorsement."*All I wanted, was to find out to whose account my money went.Sean's comment was "didn't you look at the check before you mailed it?" No, the CSR handled it for us.Also, he wanted to know why our CSR couldn't tell us which account at Mellon the check was deposited to. If he couldn't how could she possibly know?
